Information received by a Client from LBC INVEST as a part of rendered investment services cannot be treated as an assurance or warranty of gaining benefits or profits from a transaction recommended by the LBC Agency. A final decision concerning the purchase or sale of real estate is taken by the Client, exclusively based on one’s own assessment. Major risks that are involved in investing on the real estate market include:

• • The risk of an unsuitable recommendation concerning investment on the real estate market
