Logistics/Data Centres:

Locations: Central Poland (around Łódź), Silesia (e.g. Bytom, Sosnowiec, Czeladź), via Carpatia area (Białystok, Rzeszów), Trojcity, other locations with developed logistics facilities.

Size:

• Within the area of the large cities: minimum 8,000 m2 of useable floor space to be built.
• Data Centre: within the range of a few kilometres from major cities and in the vicinity of high voltage power lines. Size min. 10.000 m2 of usable floor space to be built.
• Within 10 km from the city limits: minimum 20.000 m2 of usable floor space to be built.
• Other locations: minimum 40.000 m2 of net rentable area (usable floor space to be built). 
• We are interested in ongoing projects (Aclass) of at least 10000 m2; the possibility of extension / expansionshall be seen as an
• Requirements (most common): Preliminary agreement with conditions (CP’s): land development conditions / local spatial development plan, connection to utilities (gas, electricity, etc.) as well as environmental approval. 

Office projects:

 Cities : Real properties located in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Tricity, Poznan.

 Size:

• projects in the inner city in the best locations at least 10.000 m2.
• projects outside the centre (preferred locations with good access, public transport) – min 20.000 m2
• We are also interested in buildings in need of renovation/adaptation.

Hotel projects:

Cities: Real properties located in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Tricity, Katowice and Zakopane

 Size:

• projects in the inner city in the best locations at least 4.000 m2.
• projects outside the centre (preferred locations with good access, public transport) – min 8.000 m2
• We are also interested in buildings in need of renovation/adaptation.
• Other locations: ongoing projects (preferably with building permit) in Masuria and seaside resorts (Władysławow, Jastrzębia Góra, etc.). We will also consider other large metropolitan areas and resorts.

Photovoltaic projects:

Ideally, we intend to find the plot for the installation of photovoltaic farm of the following properties

• minimum size – 2 ha (we accept bigger real properties)
• cannot be obscured or blocked by any way – e.g. by buildings or trees,
• has plenty of sunlight

• is a relatively low class of land – IV-VI
• no difficulties as for the access to the plot; the access should be sufficient for the installers to work freely
• the plot should have a a determined slope, from a southern angle; flat areas are also acceptable.

We particularly appreciate the locations where MV electromagnetic cables are within the sight.
