The building is located at plac Piłsudskiego in the very centre of Gliwice. The Old Town and Chopin Park with the Palm House are in the vicinity of the building. Near-by, there is the Voivodship Administrative Court, the District Court, the City Hall and strategic transport routes, which guarantees comfort and fast and efficient communication with every corner of the city.
The two-winged edifice was built in the 1920s for the editorial and printing offices of a daily newspaper. Between 2008 and 2010, it underwent extensive renovation and was adapted for modern office use.
The total area of the building is 3,507.52 sq.m, including a basement area of 572.60 sq.m.
