According to the investment assumptions, the project shall consist of approx. 70-100 rooms (depending on the size of the area) and a Private Clinic.
A study on the heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic hot water system for the Complex of Nursing Houses with the Medical Clinic available.
The planned investment has access to a public road.
ENEA is the provider of electricity with the power of 80KW for each plot.
The plot is one of it’s kind on the market and combines conditions for the construction of a private, high-standard Nursing House (enormous demand) and a Clinic (or a private hospital located in the immediate vicinity).
The village of Trzebusz is located in the picturesque, northern part of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, about 20 km north of Gryfice. It is approx. 120 km away from Szczecin. The provincial road No. 109 and the red tourist trial – the Czesław Piskorski Seaside Trail – run through the village.
