Kaszuby (pronounced Kashuby) is a region known as the royal Szwajcaria Kaszubska (literal translation: Kashubian Switzerland), which offers a variety of natural attractions and tourist services. NATURE OF LUXURY is a unique investment being constructed among the Kashubian lakes and forests. It is a unique place on the map of Polish real properties – a private resort of modern and comfortable all-year- houses (consisting of one, two and four rooms), perfect for relax, rest and active leisure time. The residential investment is a cosy development, low-key buildings arranged in an interesting way, with large glazing and gardens. The investment is located near one of the largest lakes in Kaszuby, in the very center of the Kaszuby Landscape Park.
There are 22 houses (from 72 to 200 m2) on offer, which form an intimate resort. Each of them can be finished on a turnkey basis, to the investor’s heart content. The houses are made in traditional technology, brick walls are strengthened with reinforced concrete pillars. The roof is covered with a seam metal panel. Thermal insulation was achieved by using mineral wool and polystyrene. The façade is finished with cladding boards. PVC and ALU triple-pane windows. Water and sewage installations, electricity, ventilation, heating systems separate for each building. Gas heating. The green areas have been developed, outdoor architecture, roads, pavements. Houses sold in a developer standard. The project implementation can be described with three phrases: modern materials, high-quality buildings and a beautiful modern shape.
