The investment involves the construction of an office building with services on the ground floor and an underground garage for 7 cars. Cars will have access to the underground garage by the access ramp onto -1 level. The underground garage level will be connected to the ground level by an external staircase.

On the ground floor there is a main entrance to the office area, located in the eastern part of the building. The entrance leads to the main communication hub, connecting all overground storeys with each other. 4. ARCHITECTURAL FORM AND THE FUNCTION OF THE BUILDING

The investment involves the construction of a 5-storey office building with services on the ground floor and an underground garage for 7 cars.

The building is located parallel to the northern borders of the plot. When looking at the floor plans, the designed building seems to be of a rectangular shape, 19.41 m long and 9.25 m wide.

The building consists of two parts. The first part is the communication hub for the staircase, placed higher than the building itself, just by the height of the technical floor.

The second part consists of the office and service space. The + 1, + 2, + 3, + 4 storeys are larger than the grounds floor plan due to the included overhangs.

The described building is classified in the 1st geotechnical category, while the groundwater conditions are seen as simple.

7. ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED

As stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy the detailed scope and form of the building permit design dated 27th April 2012, §11 sec. 2 points 5, in public utility buildings and multi-family residential buildings, it is required to provide the essential conditions for the use of these facilities by disabled persons, in particular wheelchair access.

The area and the entrance to the building are accessible for the disabled and has wheelchair access.
