The hall is equipped with a compressed air system, electrical system, and ventilation. Access to the hall is through a gate with the following dimensions: width = 2.5 m, height = 2.8 m.
Office and staff building:
– 2-storey, with two office spaces, cloakrooms and a server room.

The facility is located in Gdynia at ul. Chwaszczyńska, in the district of Dąbrowa.
Gdynia is a port city located on a branch of the Baltic Sea, the Bay of Gdańsk in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, part of the Tricity (together with Gdańsk and Sopot). One of the youngest cities of Poland (municipal rights 1926) with an area of approx. 136 km.
Dąbrowa: one of the youngest districts of Gdynia, bordering the following districts: Chwarzno-Wiczlino (to the north); Karwiny (to the east) and Wielki Kack (to the south), and also the municipality of Szemud and the range of Chwaszczyńskie Hills to the west. The northern boundary of the district is marked by the River Kacza.
The area at ul. Chwaszczyńska is a typical industrial zone, with many industrial plants located there. The property in question is located in the vicinity of the Tri-City Bypass (approx. 2 km), which is part of the main traffic route connecting Gdynia with other cities of the Tri-City.
