It is one of the best investment projects in the premium segment in Poland according to Lion’s Bank, ranked in the top three most luxurious investments in the TriCity in the ‘Market of Luxury Goods in Poland’ report by KPMG. Symfonia Residence at the Fish Market in Gdańsk is an ideal example that premium apartments guarantee an above-standard return. Today, the apartments in the Symfonia Residence development that become available on the secondary market reach the price of PLN 21,000. In 2009, when the project was commissioned, the price for a square meter was several thousand zlotys lower. What makes the value grow so much? There are certainly many factors, but the most important ones are the location, which becomes even more important with time. Symfonia Residence fulfils all the above-mentioned conditions.
